What do I need to do before you arrive?

The question most often asked is "What do I need to do before you arrive?" Here are a few tips:

1. Please have items removed from areas to be cleaned prior to arrival such as Plants,Children toys, Pet toys,Any loose items on areas to be serviced. 
2. Please do not move furniture to the center of the room or remove furniture from it's original location unless completely removing from the room. 
3. Please do not mark spots/stains with painters tape or any other item. A walk through will be performed upon arrival.
4. Please have pets placed in a secured location during the cleaning process.
5.  Please have areas to be serviced vacuumed prior to cleaning. Vacuuming stairs is not necessary or expected.
6. Do not place furniture or other items in the path of rooms that are to be cleaned.
7. Please remove pictures, lamps, and other valuables from furniture that will be moved to be cleaned under (example: end tables - night stands).  Please keep in mind that while many pieces of furniture can/will be moved, larger items may not be moved due to weight/inability to place protection under the legs. Items that often remain in place will be Sectional sofas (Unless broken down by homeowner) - Large dressers and Dressers with mirror attached - Desks - Entertainment centers - Beds ( Unless on a 4 wheel frame with no center leg)
8. Items moved into another room will not be replaced back in room by Paragon Carpet Care technician.
9. Items remaining on furniture will indicate that customer does not wish to have that piece moved.
10. Please remove debris from under the cushions of the upholstery that are being cleaned.
