Mike and Paragon did a stellar job on my carpets. I have four cats and they made their presence known throughout the  home with stains on the carpet. Mike was prompt and courteous and my carpets were left clean and fresh smelling afterwards. I definitely recommend Paragon Carpet Care to anyone who needs a carpet cleaning job.

 Paragon Carpet Carpet (Mike) has cleaned all of our carpets yearly. We live in the country, have grandkids and dogs. Our carpets look like they should be replaced until Mike finishes his "magic" cleaning. We are always amazed that they actually look like new. We cannot say too much about the service. It is the best.

Recently he cleaned all the carpets at our son's home. They had been neglected for years. Again, Mike took his time and they look like new again. He is an expert in his field and we are always grateful for his help.

Until we found Paragon, we had used other companies. Never again. You can trust Paragon (Mike) to give you the best outcome.

The carpets are beautiful. You did an outstanding job. Agree carpets look close to new!

What a great thing to come home to after being on vacation.

Am interested in the ceramic tile cleaning,not sure when.

We switched carpet cleaning companies because we were no longer happy with our last company.  We found this company through our local community page. They had good reviews, I can now see why! The tech that performed the cleaning on our sofa and Family room was extremely friendly and professional.  We didn't know our tech was the owner.  We found out after he called a few days later to ask if the cleaning was completed to our satisfaction.  I asked him if he was the person that came to our home, he said that it was him. He apologized for not informing us of his title because he valued honest feedback and said he feared he would not get an honest opinion if everyone knew he was the person performing the work.  My husband and I were taken by that degree of honesty and concern for his customers happiness.  Mike did an amazing job!  I believe we just found our new cleaning company.
